1. Using Arrival Park

Arrival Park is a parking marketplace that helps customers discover and reserve parking facilities. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when making a reservation or submitting a request.

2. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only after the booking flow indicates that the reservation has been successfully created. Availability can change until a reservation is confirmed. Your reservation may be subject to facility-specific instructions and cancellation rules shown during booking.

3. Parking facilities

Parking spaces are supplied by participating facility operators. Arrival Park facilitates the marketplace transaction but does not own or operate every facility listed on the platform. Facility rules, access instructions and on-site restrictions must be followed.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices and applicable fees are shown during the booking process. Payment authorization is required where the selected booking flow requires it. Refunds, cancellations and applicable windows are handled according to the terms displayed for the reservation and applicable law.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for arriving at the correct facility, providing accurate vehicle and contact information where requested, following posted facility rules and not using a reserved space for an unlawful purpose.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Arrival Park available and accurate, but services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, operational reasons, third-party outages or circumstances outside our control.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
